Description

Great managers/leaders are pivotal to the success of any organization. Not only do they have their own operational targets to deliver, but they are also responsible for meeting the individual needs of the people they manage. They operate their departments, assign tasks, manage workflow, monitor the quality of work, deal with employee problems, and keep the middle and executive managers informed of problems and successes at ground level in the company. Following the current COVID-19 pandemic that currently hit the world and has forced most organizations to work remotely, it has made it important for managers to effectively manage their staff so as to bring out the best in their teams.
